This course takes you to Ghibli Park, where you can experience the world of Studio Ghibli films, and surrounding areas. Enjoy to the fullest the blessings of nature, including hot springs, a market selling fresh local ingredients, and strawberry picking.

Ghibli Park

Packed with recreations of the worlds within the Studio Ghibli films cherished by so many around the world, Ghibli Park came to life on November 1, 2022 in Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (Moricoro Park).
The park consists of five areas in total. On November 1, 2022, Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, and Dondoko Forest opened in the first phase. Mononoke Village next opened on November 1, 2023 with the Valley of Witches opening in March 2024, completing the second phase.
Experience the worldview of Studio Ghibli productions using your own two feet to stroll through its characteristic forests and along its picturesque pathways.

Nagakute Onsen Gozarasse & Agrin Village

This onsen—or hot spring—is gathering attention as a relaxation spot just a stone's throw away from Nagoya. And the natural spring gushes up from a stunning 1,800 meters below the ground to please bathers with colorless, transparent, and odorless waters smooth to the touch. The Gozarasse spa establishment lets visitors enjoy different bathing environments with a Japanese style on the first floor and Western style on the second. A free shuttle bus is even available from Fujigaoka Station on the subway, so should the mood strike you, you can always go and take a dip!

Toyota Municipal Museum of Art

Toyota Municipal Museum of Art stands on a part of the hill where Koromo Castle once was. The architecture of this public museum is notable as the finest work of architect Yoshio Taniguchi. Known for its collection of 20th century art and design works, the museum holds many breakthrough modern art exhibitions. Adjacent to the museum is the Takahashi Setsuro Gallery where the lacquerwork artist's pieces are displayed.
